Team: Hans Moltmaker

Hans Moltmaker has 25 years of experience in (international) employment and corporate legal practice. He started his career at various leading international law firms and subsequently supported with his own company other companies in their growth and development. As a legal professional, he is a trusted advisor to director-major shareholders and CEOs using his own experience as the CEO of his own company which is focused on outsourcing Legal and HR.

Hans is also a managing director and shareholder of a private healthcare company and he holds various supervisory positions.

In the course of his career, Hans has worked several times, over a longer period, as a project leader / interim manager within national and international organizations.

Hans has an international focus and has been closely involved in establishing the Global Business Lawyers Alliance, for which he has also served on the board. He is still involved as a special advisor to the board. Hans is also honorary counsel of the British Consulate in Amsterdam.

Hans focuses on (international) employment law and employee participation law in the broadest sense of the word for companies and (semi) government. He also has extensive experience in corporate litigation representing clients in disputes between shareholders and other stakeholders within companies.

Hans publishes regularly and enjoys lecturing students, entrepreneurs and works councils on employment law and employee participation law.

He has completed the renowned postgraduate specialization course in Employment Law (Grotius Institute). Hans is a member of various specialization associations, including the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (Dutch Employment Lawyers Association) (VAAN).

mr. Hans Moltmaker has registered the following main (and sub) jurisdictions in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association:

  • Employment law
  • Civil service law

Based on this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points in each registered main jurisdiction in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
